Booking Policy

Initial Booking
Booking is confirmed only upon date and time verification. Please discuss your hair style with us before finalizing and disclose any allergies.

Preparation
Hair must be taken out, washed, and blow-dried beforehand. If rule 9 is not done, an extra charge will be applied to prepare the hair during service.

Cancellation
Notice of 4-24h is required for cancellation. Late fees of £5-£10 apply for delays exceeding 15 minutes. Home service fees range from £10-£20.

Payments
20% deposit for bills over £50. Full payment is due before service. Payments over £60 must be in cash. Late booking fees apply.
